A Big Watagan Park Warm Welcome to All of Our New Families!

On Sunday 21 September 2025 we welcomed over 20 new families to the park at our latest Block Selection Day for our Park View land release.

Throughout the day, people enjoyed a day of family fun with sausage sizzles, treats from Bakers Delight and taxi rides in our buggy to their new lots where they took a family snap of the beginnings of their new home.

Our newest families of Watagan Park will now start the exciting process of choosing a builder, planning their floor plans and making visits to our display village for design inspiration while they wait for their new blocks of land to register.

A huge welcome to our newest residents. We can’t wait to see you in the dog park, on the sporting fields and at the upcoming Watagan Park Town Centre!
