Nature’s playground

A place to explore

We’re committed to preserving over 30% of the natural bushland for residents to explore. With the Watagan Mountains looking down at you from the west and Lake Macquarie in the east, you’ll be living in Nature’s Playground.

More than land

With sporting fields, a new town centre, a children’s playground, community centre and thoughtful estate landscaping, you can enjoy a real family lifestyle.

Facilities at Watagan Park

Playgrounds

Watagan Park is home to two parks where families can gather, kids play, and nature lovers get their greenfix. We’re not stopping there, with 2 more parks planned.

Town centre

The Watagan Park Community Town Centre will activate Watagan Park estate, Cooranbong and it’s surrounds, enabling local residents to have a place to meet, drink coffee, stroll in the park and genuinely build community.

Skate park and sports precinct

The skate park and dedicated dog park will be located within the new on-site Sports Facility precinct – adjacent to the new Watagan Park Town Centre.

With a large concert venue, the largest aquatic play park in Australia and more restaurants and shops coming soon, there's a lot to look forward to in Morisset.

Educational opportunities

Surrounded by multiple educational facilities for all ages, Watagan Park sits in the perfect spot just moments away.

Our vision

Watagan Park currently has over 1,008 families living in the estate and will have 2,000 more families to come.

At Watagan Park we aim to create a community that offers exceptional quality of life for Watagan residents. You’ll be living in a community you can be proud of.
