Walk the Lot at Eagle's Ridge

A rare collection of lots in our latest release have been positioned so that the land in front of them won't be built on. Some front the green corridor, with established eucalypts retained as part of the estate's edge. Others look across the water basin off Minchin Avenue. These outlooks won't change.

On Sunday 24 May we're opening these lots for a private site walk.

What to expect

‍A buggy will take you out to the frontages. A site walk takes about thirty minutes. Bring questions, bring a partner, walk the boundaries. We'll show you the orientation and what each outlook looks like from where your home would sit. You'll also be the first to step inside our new sales office at 15 Grazier Road, ahead of its public opening.

These remain the only frontages in this release that won't have homes built in front of them, and they are ready to purchase now at off-the-plan pricing.
